- Payment-related information: payment method type, transaction identifiers, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers; payments are processed by authorized payment service providers.
- Vendor and delivery partner onboarding information: business or shop details, GST or business registration details (where applicable), bank or payout details, vehicle information, and Know Your Customer (KYC) documents such as identity proof, address proof, and driving licence (for delivery partners).
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app version, and mobile network information.
- Location information: precise or approximate GPS location when you grant location permission. Location is used to show nearby stores, assign delivery partners, track active orders, and improve service availability in your area.

- Push notification tokens: device tokens used to send order updates, delivery alerts, and service notifications.
- Photos and camera access: only when you choose to upload images, such as profile photos, product images, or KYC documents.

- Create and manage your account and authenticate you via phone number verification (OTP).
